ZM D E S I G N was founded by Candace Watts, an architectural designer with over 16 years of experience in the industry. Before starting this company, Candace received the formal education required to become a successful and sought-after architectural designer, earning a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Kansas and a Master of Science in Environmental Management from Webster University.
We are located in Dallas, Texas, allowing us to draw inspiration from a huge range of innovative architectural projects. We do not limit our service to the surrounding area, as we are able to give remote consultations to clients throughout the world.
Our architectural design services are available to all, from those looking for a redesign of an existing space to those looking to create a new space. We pride ourselves on creating spaces that enhance the built environment, giving our clients and the public better places to live, work, and play.
